Our journey
Hikari Support Co., Ltd. has been working to become a bridge between Japan and foreign talent, including those from Vietnam, based on the founder's experience studying abroad and working.
Based on the experience we have cultivated so far, we have built up a track record in recruitment, training, and labor management, and established a corporation in 2023. Currently, we provide peace of mind and trust to many companies through the introduction and acceptance support of specific skilled human resources.
Career
2011
After graduating from university in Vietnam in 2011, I began my journey to the Land of the Rising Sun.
2012
I came to Japan as a student and worked at a temporary staffing agency in Tokyo, where I was in charge of labor management for part-time foreign workers.
2017
I worked at a large agricultural cooperative in Ibaraki Prefecture, where I was involved in recruiting foreign workers, translation, and worker management.
2023
We founded Hikari Support Agency out of our passion for Japanese companies and pride in Vietnamese workers.
